By accessing or using SociallyCS products and services (“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Services

SociallyCS provides software applications, websites, and related services. Our apps are available through the Apple App Store and our website at sociallycs.com.

User Accounts

Some of our Services may require or allow you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our Services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
  • Use our Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Distribute malware or other harmful code through our Services

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our Services are owned by SociallyCS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any content you create using our apps. We claim no rights to your data.

App Store

If you download our apps from the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to Apple’s Terms and Conditions. In the event of a conflict, Apple’s terms take precedence for App Store-related matters.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our apps offer premium features through subscriptions or one-time purchases. These transactions are processed by Apple through the App Store. Refunds are handled per Apple’s refund policy.

Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SociallyCS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our Services.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SociallyCS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
