Overview

SociallyCS (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our applications and visit our website.

The short version: We collect as little data as possible. We don’t sell your data. We don’t show ads. Most of our apps work entirely on-device.

Information We Collect

Website (sociallycs.com)

Our website is static and hosted on Cloudflare. We do not use analytics trackers, cookies for tracking, or third-party scripts that collect personal data.

Cloudflare may collect basic server logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested) as part of standard web hosting. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for details.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this solely to send you updates about our products and company. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Our Applications

Each of our apps has its own data practices, but they share these principles:

  • On-device by default. Your content stays on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud sync.
  • No analytics SDKs. We don’t include third-party analytics in our apps.
  • No advertising identifiers. We don’t track you for ad targeting.
  • iCloud sync is optional. If enabled, your data syncs through Apple’s iCloud infrastructure, which is end-to-end encrypted.
  • Device information. Our apps may collect basic device information such as device type, operating system version, and general diagnostic data to ensure compatibility and fix bugs.

Third-Party Integrations

Some of our apps use Apple services:

  • Apple Game Center: Used for achievements and leaderboards. Governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
  • iCloud: Used for optional data sync. End-to-end encrypted by Apple.

These integrations are governed by Apple’s privacy practices, not ours.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Period.

We may share information only when:

  • Required by law (court order, subpoena)
  • Necessary to protect the rights or safety of our users
  • With service providers operating under confidentiality agreements who help us deliver our services

Data Retention

  • Newsletter subscriptions: Until you unsubscribe
  • Server logs: Managed by Cloudflare per their retention policy
  • App data: Controlled entirely by you on your device

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Opt out of any data sharing for advertising purposes
  • Unsubscribe from communications
  • Export your data from our apps

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.
