You may also choose to submit other information during your usage of SCS products or services such as pictures, your phone number, location, favorite drink, favorite bar, personal opinions for public display (reviews) and a variety of other information. This information helps us improve your experience.

Periodically, we also may have the need to send out community announcements that are generally infrequent in nature and reflect significant user experience changes. Emails generated by SCS, our website or our applications on behalf of our users and sent to email addresses supplied by those users do not reflect the opinions of Socially Conscious Software LLC or our affiliates.

Misrepresentation of your age:

Please, help us safeguard our society?s most valuable asset, our children. As such, misrepresentation of age by any user is strictly forbidden on sociallycs.com and equally forbidden in any of our applications. If it comes to our attention that a user misrepresented their age, we will make all reasonable efforts to remove that user from the community, especially if the user is a minor or child posing as an older individual. In any such an event, no refunds will be granted.

Children?s Online Privacy Protection Act:

Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use any SCS product or service that offers or requires logins, profiles or any other such web-based storage of user information. If it comes to our attention that a user is under the age of 13, we will make all reasonable efforts to disable the user?s access to the site and comply with the Children?s Online Privacy Protection Act, and no refund will be granted.

Third party advertising policy:

We may allow third-party advertising companies or ad networks to display advertisements on sociallycs.com or within our products and services. In the event of third-party advertising, we do not share any personally identifiable information with those companies.

Change in ownership:

In the event of a change of ownership via merger, acquisition, or any other method of change of ownership of Sociallycs.com, any of our products or services or of Socially Conscious Software LLC, the information you have provided will transfer as part of the transaction and this privacy policy may be subject to change.

Security:

Your personally identifiable information security is largely dependent on your protection of your account password. You should never share your account password to unauthorized people. Data transfer from your mobile device to our servers is secured by http with secure socket layer.

Canceling your account:

Our members can choose to leave sociallycs.com at any time, without refund. Upon sufficient confirmed request, your personal information can be removed. Sociallycs.com reserves the right to remove any user from the community for any reason or no reason whatsoever without granting a refund.
